PUREBASIC GAME
For the:
Halifax Computer Club
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

The Delux PIN game was demonstrated at a meeting of the Halifax Computer Club. The program was written by one of the members, Andy Cornwall, as an exercise in learning Windows GUI programming in PureBasic. For each play the program randomly picks the secret PIN, and provides ample tries for the player to figure it out. After nine strikes the program provides a 'sanity hint'. The reward for entering the correct PIN is a joke. In case a player does not wish to figure out the secret number to obtain a joke there is a backdoor PIN, 4832, that always works. No doubt the program has its bugs, and these may be reported to cornwaab@yahoo.com.
