The "We're Going to Ireland" group, minus Viking, headed out from the O'Prick's at 8:45am Sat. The sky was clearning, the temperature mild and the group keen to see the ocean. Up Portland St and on to the Lawrencetown Road with the wind at our backs - super!

It was not foggy, but blue sky as we viewed the beach. Across the Caldwell Rd, uneventful except for the banana stop and then the climb began on the #7 as we headed to Hungry Jack's for lunch/brunch. What an ugly last 15 kms or so. Wind in our faces and uphill all the way! Eat my DUST!!

After stuffing ourselves at Jack's, back to the O'Prick's and home to yardwork, housework and possibly naps. See you next week - don't know where yet!
