How to check your JUNKMAIL folder
You can access your JUNKMAIL folder
using either Webmail or PINE.
Here's how:
Using Chebucto Webmail
Using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or other graphical web browser,
go to
http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/ and in
the mail form there type in your username and mailbox password.
To go to your JUNKMAIL folder, look at the top right of the screen
where it says Open Folder. To the right of that is a drop-down menu
which says INBOX. By clicking on the word INBOX you can
choose to go into any mail folder you have. Select the JUNKMAIL
folder by clicking on the word JUNKMAIL.
Using PINE on the Chebucto text service
To check your JUNKMAIL folder using PINE on Chebucto's text-based
interface, go into PINE to check your mail as usual. When in PINE, type
the letter l (small letter L) to see a list of all your mail folders. Use
your up and
down arrow keys to highlight the JUNKMAIL folder then hit Enter or
Return.
