In the 1995 Canadian Internet Awards, CCN was awarded: Best Community Site, Best Development Team and Internet Person of the Year (David Trueman). CSuite, on which CCN runs, was developed by the CCN team and proves a popular choice of community nets across Canada, and other parts of the world.
