Program(s): PLA - Portfolio Development, True Colors TM, Transferable Skills Workshop, Resume Development and Work Search. PLA - Portfolio Development: A group process that assists individuals to identify, self-assess, reflect upon, organize and describe past learning/life accomplishments. The Portfolio is a product of the process. It is a collection of material, which represents and demonstrates past experiences, accomplishments, and learning. A 30-hour program over a 10-week period. True Colors TM - Enables participants to self-identify their temperament, as well as gain an understanding and appreciation of temperament differences using a fun and interactive approach. True Colors can foster unity, harmony, and teamwork within a group. Minimum session: 3 - 6 hours with 15-20 participants. Transferable Skills Workshop: Provides an opportunity for individuals to begin to look at, reflect upon, and identify, those skills, which they have and use in: daily life, work and leisure/volunteer activities. A 6-hour workshop for up to 12 participants. Services for Individuals - Resume Development - private consultations for clients who want to define their career goals, as well as identify, describe, and demonstrate the skills to support their goals.
