Surely that is very early, especially for Cape Breton. I think we can say
that anything before May 1 is exceptional for the whole province. A very
powerful system went thru Sunday night and Monday. I think that hummer got
trapped in that system and was carried to CB. I'm pretty sure you want to
read this analysis, written more towards New England, but that's very close
as the systems go.
