Index of Subjects This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------70E216BB9A97283917AF7C25 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Hi All again, I do not intend to lose sleep over it but when a weed-like introduced bird such as Starling begins to fade I naturally wonder what is causing it. I heard some decades ago about traps for Starlings that function like a lobster trap; easy to enter but impossible to exit. These were I think intended for poultry yards and feed plants. Or it could be a symptom of too many Eagles. Or an overabundance of Hawks. Or it could be a consequence of too many urban life-unfriendly lawns where even ants have to move away in search of food. Insects have fallen to likely <5% of former times so food is possible. Or some unknown.
