Hi All Please join us for the first of a series of talks starting this Thursday evening, September 26, 2019. Allison Manthorne from Bird Studies Canada will be on hand to give us an update on our regions aerial insectivores, especially the work being done with Chimney Swifts. Allison has been with Bird Studies Canada for the last 10 years, coordinating Maritimes Swiftwatch and has an in-depth knowledge of the research and status of these special birds. Meeting with be held in the lower auditorium of the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, 1747 Summer Street, Halifax, and starting at 7:30PM. As always, light refreshments will be available during and after the talk. These talks are free of charge and open to the public. Dave
