Hi All,
Saw a Monarch Butterfly here yesterday. It's the first one I've ever seen =
in north Cape Breton. The condition was excellent and the only thing odd (a=
t least to me) was that the overall colouring was more brownish than orange=
. I assume this is within the normal colour range and not all that notewor=
thy. There is no milkweed anywhere near here so I don't think this is anyth=
ing more than a lost butterfly. All the best. Fritz McEvoy
  Sunrise Valley, CB (near Dingwall)
