Hi Peter & All,
     Back in the late 80's (early 90's ?) I tried a slightly different=20
approach which also seemed to work well.  After cleaning they were cut=20
or pulled apart as one might for cooking, cooked covered in a microwave,=20
cooled, bagged and frozen. I did not try this for storage periods of=20
longer than a few weeks.
