Hi,

The part from 0:13 secs to 0:15 secs sound like a N.Parula, but I don't
think the rest really does. And it would be unusual, although not
impossible, for a NOPA to sing from grass. I can't think of anything else,
and I looked up various rare grass dwellers, e.g. Field and Tree sparrows,
Indigo bunting etc., and I couldn't find anything else really that fits.
