This is a multipart message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0001_01D3D3FE.84B47810 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi All, There was only a trace of nocturnal migration in the 1st week of April with only 2 night flight calls recorded. I've also started recording in the first three hours of the morning. Analysis will be conducted for four 5-minute audio point counts evenly spaced through the morning. Through these counts, I hope to capture the morning flight of nocturnal and diurnal migrants, birds in stop-over, and local breeding birds. The most abundant birds this week were Song Sparrow, American Crow, Blue Jay, American Goldfinch, Northern Flicker, and Dark-eyed Junco. The most activity occurred on 2-3 April. A report for the week can be found here: http://www.johnfkearney.com/Cape_Forchu_Yarmouth_County_2018.html.
