Index of Subjects Thanks. I was thinking squirrel at first. It was just the way the sound continued so long and so regular. Thanks for the link update- that is usually the way I do copy/paste checklist links but did not work this time (?). MacCauley will have the sound on their site now and I may post that link later or not. On 2018-04-04, at 8:59 PM, Rick Whitman <dendroica.caerulescens@gmail.com> wrote: > That was a bad link. This metronomic sound lasted the whole time I was there (15min), occasionally pausing for <1min and then resuming at a slightly different location. All in dense mixed woods containing Spruce, small hemlock, birch, maple. Seemed to be coming from mid level. > https://ebird.org/canada/view/checklist/email?subID=S44252435 > > Thanks for any help.
