Greg White posted one as on Cape Sable Island today, which definitely is no=
t an over wintering bird.

Subject: [NatureNS] Sapsucker reports

Birders in and near HRM: I am trying to decide if a Mar26 anonymous eBird r=
eport of a YB Sapsucker in W Pennant is an overwintering bird or one of our=
first migrants. Another was posted in PPP yesterday as well. A different o=
r the same overwintering/newly arriving bird possibly? Thanks for any help =
clarifying this. A popular location like Pt Pleasant Park would be well doc=
umented I think.

There were few reports on eBird of overwintering Sapsuckers.

Nancy
