Then there are the various economic contractions in the area over the = past few years: the call centre, the downsizing of the Michelin plant, = the shrinkage of the Sobeys office=E2=80=A6 The area is hurting. That = mill isn=E2=80=99t going anywhere, tomorrow. I would love to see the damned mill shrink to a more = environmentally-friendly operation (or even disappear), but with all the = economic challenges in the area, maybe the first order of business = should be to encourage new, sustainable and otherwise locally = appropriate economic activities in the area.
