Index of Subjects We suspend our feeders from a clothesline-like arrangement, but we use small diameter stainless-steel wire rope. Maybe because it's so small (about 1/8" dia) or because it's very slippery, we've never had a raccoon climb out on it. And, the squirrels can't bite through it. It's been up there for over thirty years now. Now if someone could suggest a way to keep the #*@@! starlings off the peanut cylinder...
