Hi All,

High numbers of night flight calls this year have put me about 2 weeks
behind in updating my website reports. I've completed the 4th week of
September, and the reports can be found at the following links:

Carleton: http://www.johnfkearney.com/Carleton_Yarmouth_County_2017.html

Cape Forchu:
http://www.johnfkearney.com/Cape_Forchu_Yarmouth_County_2017.html

Migration was down from the previous week at Cape Forchu but remained steady
at Carleton.

The results from the two sites would seem to indicate that Yellow-rumped
Warblers, Palm Warblers, and Swainson's Thrushes were exiting the Province
during this week while sparrows and Hermit Thrushes were arriving from
points further north in search of stop-over habitat.

Less common birds for the week were Indigo Buntings, Orange-crowned
Warblers, Prairie Warbler, and Gray-cheeked Thrushes.

John
