  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hi All</span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Saturday we were canoeing on a little lake - Skunk Lake<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">its named I think. They must have been running low on names<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">when the namers got to that one!<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Anyway as we were coming in the gunnel of the canoe brushed<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">on a branch of a bush that was hanging out over the water.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Something black fell in the canoe from the branch. I first thought a mouse<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">but when I saw it closely it was a big black spider. About 3 cm long<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">with 6 big legs. I never thought we had spiders that big of any colour<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">in Nova Scotia. When we got ashore I took it in my hand and put it in<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">a bush. A pretty fellow he was - would make a good pet.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Does anyone know what species it might be? Are they rare<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">in NS or has my observations been spotty?<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Enjoy the fall<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Paul<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">&#160;</span>
  </div>
