Fighting ci= ty hall and ignoring a bylaw officer on the issue can result in a city crew= descending on your yard and imposing a =91groomed=92 look. You can be left= holding an industrial sized bill and a yard that looks like a soya field a= fter harvest. Fortunately such bylaws are not universal.
