we saw a really heavy influx from about the 10th to until last weekend. =
I washed filled each of two feeders every day totally about 3 cups =
divided at that time. Since we have three =E2=80=9Cresidents=E2=80=9D =
here squabbling the feeders and ranging about the yard for considerable =
lengths of time. We see the occasional others coming in, fuelling up and =
moving on by. It is so quiet here now it is quite eerie. I expect these =
to leave in the next day or two. I don=E2=80=99t appear to have any late =
nesters this year. Marg Millard in White Point, Queens

Since about 2 days ago, we=E2=80=99ve not seen =E2=80=98our' 3 =
hummingbirds (2F, 1M) at all. Previously, they had been visiting our =
feeders fairly regularly, maybe every few 10s of minutes. I presume =
they have now moved on, migrating. =20
Are others observing this, that is, is this the expected/normally =
observed time of departure south for hummingbirds?
