I'm in the market for a new one (I'm convinced I have lost my GPS unit - I know, the ultimate in irony). SIMPLE is the key. I had a Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx, and on the first menu there were nine items...I only ever used one (waypoints). The electronic compass was inconsistent, therefore not reliable. Are electronic compasses getting any better? Thanks, Randy _________________________________ RF Lauff Way in the boonies of Antigonish County, NS. --001a1140f3c091280305565109a3 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">All,<div><br></div><div>Has anyone purchased a handheld GP= S unit that they'd like to describe the pros/cons of?
