I to ran my last route last night= . On the basis of the weather forecast and my work schedule, I was scared = that I might not get it done in time. It was a perfect evening for the Mid= dlewood to Vogler's Cove and out to East Port Medway route. It was a very = bright night. Last year we had owls on seven out of ten stops. This year = only four owls in four out of ten stops. Curiously three out of the four o= wls were vocal only during the boreal owl calls. No sounds heard after the= barred owl. The forth owl was seen but not heard. It remained silent thr= oughout. James R.
