It is a cage that looks like one for keeping a pet bird. The bottom half unlocks and comes off. The top has a slot for the hanger of a tube feeder to pass through. The mesh of the cage allows small birds in and keeps larger ones out. The cost is $32 plus tax and I found it at Best Friends Pet Supplies in Clayton Park. A tray could be put in the bottom of the cage if you are worried about dropped seeds attracting rats.
