Sure doesn=E2=80=99t look like a turkey vulture, although the tail suggests=
 it.  Wings aren=E2=80=99t two-toned, and head and bill are too big for our=
 increasingly common friend.

I'd go with an immature Bald Eagle. It seems a bit disheveled... The head i=
s proportionately to the body, too big for a Golden, and the distribution o=
f white underneath is too diffuse as well. It strikes me as a big bird, too=
 big for anything else local except vulture I guess, but that's not it, eit=
her.
