Probably a red-eyed vireo.  I have one around my house - have had for the
last two summers.  "Relentless" is the word!  I read that someone counted
the number of calls in a day - Allaboutbirds.org says a it can reach 20,000!

You are lucky or very persistent to catch a glimpse of it - I never had
been able to see "mine".
