Jerry Lawrence Park, today (May 27) at 11:30, about 300 metres beyond the parking lot on the road closest to the lake, on the right as you walk that way, we were surprised by a spot of red - we did not yet recognize the joyful song of the Scarlet Tanager. Also saw 11 warbler species incl. Redstarts building nest, 2 vireos, Rose-br. Grosbeak, N. Harrier and lots of other common species. Lois Codling
