I think at least one of the adults was probably sitting in the nest. The nest at the west end of Church Street in Port Williams appeared empty but adult eagles flying around close by. This afternoon the nest in the large tree overhanging the road at the east end of North Grand Pre had an adult eagle standing on the edge of the nest.
