It does focus on this island, but is broadly applicable. http://cbup.ca/books/danielson-weather-cape-breton/ Bill also does a phone-in on weather on CBC Cape Breton. He has a real knack for listening, understanding questions and then providing thoughtful answers aimed at the questioner. I think the same approach comes through in his book.
