Hi Andrew and all. I was at work, so unfortunately no pictures. I'll look at some of the caterpillar photos online to see if I can find a match. It was a large caterpillar, but very bland. It was about 3.5 inches and a dull greenish black color. I'm guessing by the size that it was a corophria (spelling I know) moth or lunar moth. James R. Hirtle LaHave
