Oops, I forgot Ronnie's Great Shearwater.

The next time Bruce updates the website, you will see we picked up 10 more
species since the last website update including 3 new ones today which
brings our total to 152.

Obviously the highlight was our first ever winter record for American White
Pelican. There was no entry for them on our WBL so I had to add a new
species. I checked Ian McLaren's All the Birds to confirm that there has
never been a winter record for them in NS. Our overall total is now at 347
but this may be reduced a little at some point either during this season or
before the next one starts as we've discussed vetting a few of the records

The new ones are:

Blue-headed Vireo

Purple Sandpiper

Least Sandpiper

Great Egret

Red Knot

Pine Siskin

Chipping Sparrow (Dec 4)

3 new ones from today:

White-crowned Sparrow

American White Pelican

Great Shearwater

MIA Core Species

The following are the species we get every year (they are allowed 1 miss in
the last 18 years) which we do not have on our WBL yet.

Tufted Duck

Ruddy Turnstone

American Woodcock

Thick-billed Murre

Mew (Common) Gull

Northern Saw-whet Owl

Northern Shrike

Winter Wren

Brown Thrasher

American Pipit

Palm Warbler

Fox Sparrow

Eastern Meadowlark

Common Redpoll

Eastern Towhee
