1 more for the list this morning as Kevin Lantz alerted me to a Chipping
Sparrow from Dec 4 on the NS Bird Society Facebook page

 

The next time Bruce updates the website, you will see we picked up 7 more
species so far which brings our total to 149.  

 

The new ones are:

 

Blue-headed Vireo

Purple Sandpiper

Least Sandpiper

Great Egret

Red Knot

Pine Siskin

Chipping Sparrow (Dec 4)

 

 

MIA Core Species

The following are the species we get every year (they are allowed 1 miss in
the last 18 years) which we do not have on our WBL yet.
