Index of Subjects Hi Marg and Larry, great to know you're finding Monarchs. I haven't had any luck at my milkweed patch this year. Jim Wilson (Quispamsis, NB) raises and tags Monarchs. There is a lady near Fredericton, NB that raises Monarch. There is also a fellow in Dieppe, NB who also does a great job of raising lots of them. Most of ours are in the Chrysalid stage. We tag them before release. We have a field of common milkweed and some tuberosa and swamp. We raise them on the Common Milkweed. If you are in the Valley anytime, there is lots of milkweed here. I wonder if you might find Common along the railbeds near you? That is the where much of what used to be a common place. But in the Valley near Cambrdige, it has taken over fields.
