Sitting on the Eel Weir bridge just before dark is my favorite place

to watch Swifts as well as lots of other birds. Peskawa Lake out around

the islands is goo also but a little hard to get there - unless you like portaging canoes!

She'll soon be getting the August Loon Count organized.
</div>

So many great things in NS - without even thinking of Fishing!

This is a good to segue to remind folks that the
<strong>Wolfville Swift Night Out</strong> will be held during Mud Creek Days this Sunday night, July 26th, at the Robie Tufts Nature Centre in Wolfville, beginning at 6:45 pm, with counting beginning around 8:10pm.
<strong>Note that this year the whole event is held outside at the RTNC</strong> and includes some more kid-friendly events...

July 12-118 mostly 21:08; July 18-166 mostly at 21:02; July 19- 178 mostly at 20:37. Earlier last night  as overcast with showers.
