This is a handy reference, and = we (BNS) should put a note about this up at the Robie Tufts Nature = Centre, and/or put up the same info=92 there. The sunset times differ = from those in the daily Chronicle Herald by about 5-7 minutes (earlier = in Herald). >=20 > I drove to North Grand Pre, West Long Island, to check for eaglets at = Jean Leung=92s bald eagle nest. The nest-tree, a big Carolina poplar, = is leafing out now, and I found the best vantage point for a view of the = nest contents high above is the next driveway to the east. =46rom there = I could see the concerned parent adult and at least one fairly = large-looking eaglet with dark down. Thus this =91baby=92 is pretty = well developed relative to other local eagle nests. When I walked under = the nest the adult was quite vocal in expressing its concern. I did not = linger. >=20 > I also made a brief check on the south edge of the Evangeline Family = Campground (near Evangeline Beach) where bald eagles nested a few years = ago. No nests visible there in the tops of the tall conifers. >=20 > Cheers from Jim in Wolfville. > _______________________________________________ > Nature mailing list > Nature@blomidonnaturalists.ca > = http://blomidonnaturalists.ca/mailman/listinfo/nature_blomidonnaturalists.= ca --Apple-Mail=_1B3120E1-DE63-4387-BDB7-4805A4BFA9FC Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Type: text/html; charset=windows-1252 <html><head><meta http-equiv=3D"Content-Type" content=3D"text/html = charset=3Dwindows-1252"></head><body style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; = -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: = after-white-space;"><br><div><br><div>Begin forwarded message:</div><br = class=3D"Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type=3D"cite"><div = style=3D"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; = margin-left: 0px;"><span style=3D"font-family:'Helvetica'; color:rgba(0, = 0, 0, 1.0);"><b>From: </b></span><span = style=3D"font-family:'Helvetica';">Jim Wolford <<a = href=3D"mailto:jimwolford@eastlink.ca">jimwolford@eastlink.ca</a>><br><= /span></div><div style=3D"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; = margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;"><span = style=3D"font-family:'Helvetica'; color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 1.0);"><b>Subject: = </b></span><span style=3D"font-family:'Helvetica';"><b>[ValleyNature] = tide-times, sunrise/sunset times, eaglet at N.
