I live in Windsor and have noticed that crane there as well=2E I=27m not=
 sure what it is there for=2E I wondered if it has anything to do with t=
he new treatment plant that is going to be built close to where the old =
Shell Oil tanks used to be=3F Which is close to where Vaughn=27s Market/=
AW/Subway and TH are now=3F AND I wonder if that has anything to do with=
