I have been seeing a large raptor type bird flying over our green belt=2C=
 (Glenwood Ave=2C right beside Lake Banook and area =26 once=2C when I w=
as driving to work =40 Mic Mac Mall)=2C every now and then=2C for the la=
st month or so=2C that has left me totally stumped=2E =

Now that you have said Northern Harrier and=2C that I have had the oppor=
tunity to look at the shape of this bird in flight=2C have no doubt=2C t=
hat this is the bird I am seeing=2E
