March 26, 2015 - 7:30PM at The Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, =
1747 Summer Street, Halifax.

Seabirds, Oases and Contaminants in the Arctic =96 Dr. Mark Mallory

The Canadian Arctic is home to 10,000,000 seabirds, most of which are =
colonial and inhabit spectacular colonies during the short Arctic =
summer. In this presentation, you will learn about the common species =
found in Canada, accompanied by the odd decent photograph, as well as =
some recent research on seabird movements and contaminants in their =
tissues, and ultimately what this means for Arctic environments.

Ours meetings are always open to members and non-members and we hope you =
can stay for refreshments after the talk.

This is one not to miss, please join us.
