Index of Subjects A colleague at work today told me she saw a Crow (Raven?) flying with a large, long-tailed animal in its claws that she thought was likely a very big rat. This was as she travelled from Mahone Bay to Lunenburg. She commented on how slowly it was moving. I have never seen a crow carrying large food items or anything else using its feet. The beak seems to be the preferred method. Very raptor-like behaviour. Nancy
