Also beware = of labels of seafood products in supermarkets and perhaps elsewhere =97 = a few years ago, Marketplace had a bunch of samples tested for what was = in packages vs. what was on labels, and I believe 10 to 20 % of the = samples had incorrect labeling. Also beware that some fish species have = partial protection via different populations being at risk, e.g. for = halibut, and some populations are therefore =93protected=94 from being = harvested or sold.
