Subject: [NatureNS] New feeder bird

For the first time in 30 years of feeding, a pair of birds I have never see=
n before arrived the first day I put up my winter feeders and have been vis=
iting frequently ever since. They look to be almost certainly male house fin=
ches (I can send pictures if anyone wishes to confirm this). Is this good o=
r bad news for the other regular winter feeders?

An interesting start to this new winter season !
