We are very pleased to welcome John Paterson as he talks about his = experiences with Seabirds, especially Albatrosses in Namibia. A Cape = Town, South Africa native, John has always been involved heavily with = the environment, as park ranger, warden and project manager for BirdLife = International's Albatross Task Force team in Namibia. Much of the work = with the ATF was to reduce by-catch and produce best practices = guidelines for use within the ministry of fisheries.
