Hi all

This morning with tide about mid-low at Waterside PP, I noted an adult =
Lesser Black-backed Gull on the outer beach with a mixture of gulls. =
Also on the beach was an adult Ring-billed Gull supporting 2 legs bands. =
On right lower leg was a regular metal band and left leg had a red band =
marked with C13 in white letters. I have reported this bird and will =
pass on any info I receive. There were about 350 very vocal Gray Seals =
off shore and the large flock of Gannets ~ 1500 is still in the area ( a =
little toward Tony River but all along Caribou I as well). A Solitary =
Sandpiper was seen along edge of small SW pond. Complete Waterside =
summary can be viewed at=20

http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=3DS19868437 =20

There were gulls all along Caribou I. and at the lighthouse bar there =
were 2 adult Lesser Black-backed Gulls in a mixed flock which had 520 =
Herring Gulls, and 275 Bonaparte's Gulls as well as 18 Common Terns.=20

cheers
Ken
