Must be the time of the year, we are the same in Hubbards, lots of
unrecognized twittering in the trees. Very good to see that the Cardinals had a
successful brood for the second year in a row. Also the Flickers are
everywhere. They always nest here but never seen so many which is a good thing
because I have never seen so many ants around the property. WPs also did well,
lots of Hairy and Downey young around.

Ever since dawn this morning the yard has been a wonderful concert of
calls, twitters and song. I can't see 99% of them as they are in the very
tops of the trees. I don't ever recall having so many about the property
at
one time. Marg Millard, White Point, Queens
