Kathleen MacAulay's post about the Gull-billed Tern at Cherry Hill Beach was
timely because I was minutes from leaving for Cherry Hill Beach when I saw
her post. So I watching out for them. I saw and photographed them flying
around a couple of times and sitting on a mudflat behind the breach.
I also bumped into David Currie at the end of the beach and that was also
timely because he discovered an immature Forester's Tern sitting on a rock
in the ocean near us.
I observed and photographed 7 adult and 3 fledging Piping Plovers.
I have photos in my eBird checklist and Birds Shared folder.
