">

<div style=3D"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: On each of the last two nights I have heard a Common Nighthawk calling at my parents' place in Bedford. Last night it was calling at 10:40 p.m., which seemed pretty late for a bird which I think of as crepuscular, i.e. active at twilight. Mind you, the moon was full last night. Are Nighthawks more active/vocal on moonlit nights? Patricia L. Chalmers Halifax
