Th= e winds in the afternoon were between 30-50 Km and it started to rain at 14= :30 here. By the last quarter of the route it was a torrential downpour=2C= so I did not walk at a lot of locations that I normally would have=2C whic= h had potential to get other species. Of note a big miss was hermit thrush= for us. I thought I heard one at one point=2C but the wind affected my he= aring at many locations. Another big miss was American redstarts of which = we always get a lot at one location. I'm sure I had one singing=2C but cou= ld not get it out=2C so did not record it.
