I paddled Loon Lake in Kings County for 2-1/2 hours today. Very pleasant day with light breeze.

Besides Mallards, Black Ducks, one Swamp Sparrow, many Yellow-rumped Warblers, one Parula W., there was an almost white raptor with black wing-tips. After watching it rise in a thermal, I noted the white rump and light gray back.

I have never seen a N. Harrier this light... anyone else ever encounter this?
