Hi all:
=20
There is a delay in naturens recently where my messages are very slow going=
 through. Anyhow=2C I'm not sure if the snowy egret sighting made it or no=
t yet. It was found by Charlene MacDonald last night at First South. Kevi=
n Lantz got to see it this morning as did we. I also noted tree swallows i=
n three separate locations. At the road between First South and Corkum's I=
sland=2C at Mason's Beach and at Rhodes Corner. At Mason's Beach in the po=
nd was a pied-billed grebe. Also of special note was a group of 122 long-t=
ailed ducks. I've only seen small numbers over the winter=2C so this speci=
es must be gathering to migrate out. These ducks were just off of Garden L=
ots and were flying along towards Battery Point towards Lunenburg. =20
=20
Also of note=2C but not rare in regards to the Rare Bird Alert. Red-winged=
 blackbirds and common grackles were very plentiful today and therefore ove=
r the past few days arrived back in goodly numbers. They were everywhere I=
 went. =20
=20
Two ospreys were also back at Lilydale. These were first seen two days ago=
 by Brian Kenefick of Riverport.
