"Manage my observation For those with a smartphone the BirdLog app makes data entry on eBird extremely easy. BirdLog is synced with your eBird account and will have a list of your personal locations where you have already entered data or you can tap a new location on a map. If you are in a new-to-you location at the time, the phone will already know the coordinates and you can start entering data. I find entering eBird lists via BirdLog much easier than doing so on the computer through the eBird website. I agree eBird it is an excellent database. And the map display is ghastly (at least on my screen), all black with unreadable text, larger displays the same size, no control over speed, etc. The concept is wonderful, but the execution could be improved (and surely will be before release).
