The suet is not getting much use, particularly since the big thaw started.
And historically, neither hairies nor downies have been unusual winter
birds.  None yet this year, but we have a couple of flickers doing their
thing, mainly on the ground.

Woodpeckers, hairy, downy , and pileated were very frequent and the
sunflower seed was getting a lot of attention. . By contrast currently I am
rarely seeing anything. Maybe that ice storm we had is to blame?
